First week off to a pretty good start. Though my weight stayed the same my waist is down and inch to 29 from 30 and my body fat is down from 29 to 27.5%. I"m very pleased with the results. This has been a very motivating group. Thanks everyone!:flowerforyou:

Hi, I have celiac disease, which also left me dairy intolerant and as I get older the sugar really bothers my metabolism more than it once did. I also have the added bonus of being allergic to soy, I have to wear a medic alert bracelet for it...makes eating interesting, particularly at restaurants!
