Maybe you need to eat more or Google calorie cycling. That has helped me when I don't see scale movement.

I would check your macros in the nutrition tab to make sure you are staying in your %. That helps me see more success.

I am leaning more toward a cheat meal per week. When I have a cheat day, I feel I go overboard, too. I need to rein it in a bit to gain control.

Couch to 5k rocks! That got me started back in February and now I am running over 3 miles every day. LOVE IT! My goal is to lose about 15 lbs by labor day! Great thread!! Thanks for the challenge!

I usually eat 1/2 cup of beaters (usually the flavored kind), with a Tbsp of salsa on a toasted whole wheat sandwich thin or English muffin. With this sandwich, I usually eat a piece of fruit.

I agree with you! I rarely dip into my burned calories. I think it is against the point of exercising in the first place.
