  • I am a lifetime member of WW. I started MFP on Feb 20, 2012. I have lost 68 lbs. In the beginning, I tracked both WW and MFP. I noticed 2 differences : First, the healthier you eat, the more you can eat on WW. That is because fruits and vegetables are free and food with lower fat content and higher fiver have lower points.…
  • No ..everyone does not start out at 1200 Cal. I started at 1400! I have lost 57 lbs. I am 5'9" and am now on 1200 Cal. I was losing about 2 lbs /week. Now I am losing about 1/week. Its all about the math! 3500 Cal=1 lb. Don't worry about what others say about your program/process. The rude comments are the reason most…

It is really easy and I found that I no longer craved sugar. Dr Oz had suggested died cherries. They totally worked. When my kids wanted something sweet like…
  • No..you have to join/pay forWW. I have both on my phone. I can tell you this: you get to eat more on WW if you eat healthy. Fruits and vegetables are free where here they have calories. It is easier to track here. I go to WW meetings and track my food here. I like the meetings as most of my fitness pals are not consistent.
