I'd suggest taking them. You are not always getting the vitamins you need in the food you eat. BUT before you get them do your research on what you and YOUR body needs. Had PRK little over a year ago. SOOOOOOOO wish i did it years ago. I absolutly love it, I"m 20/15 now. No complications at all. I would def check into and DO IT if you can. You won't regret! :) GOOD LUCK!
