Can someone please help me solve this...

so ever since ive been on mfp (april) ive been put on 1200 calories. but i could never get up to that 1200 and stayed around 700, just recently ive started upping my calories but i dont know if its helping me loose weight. ive only lost about 5 pounds since april. ive been on so may online BMR calculators and all thats stuff but i just dont know what to do.ii do jillian michaels ripped in 30, which i just started yesterday and thats about a 25 minute workout. my diary is open so you can go take a look but just a heads up, ive been fasting for ramadan so thats why my meals are a little off.
does anyone have any advice, please help.....im confused.

i'm no expert here...but you NEED to be on @ least 1200 cals a day. Your body is in starvation mode and is storing the fat, hence why you are not loosing much.
If you want , friend me and take a look @ my food dairy. I'm not always great on my foods but it will give you some ideas of what to do.
My trainer, suggested me to be on 1500-1700 a day. He said everyone he trains and is working out 5-6 days a week he puts them on that.
