I also wonder if ppl notice but don't say anything. I know I have noticed that ppl have lost weight ,but I felt uncomfortable saying how good they looked, as if they looked bad when bigger? Know what I mean?

It also need to satisfy ... not just portion control. If I make macaroni and cheese, and I only have like 150 calories left, 1-2 tablespoons of macaroni and cheese is not going to satisfy me.. Try here for ideas http://allrecipes.com/recipes/healthy-recipes/low-calorie/

With all due respect...I have to disagree with you. For some people with insulin resistance or PCOS, a calorie is not a calorie. It is not misinformation..
