I guess I'll just play around with some fake days in my meal diary to see how I can hit the goals. Thanks for the protein suggestions, Dianne - I used to be a vegetarian and I still try to limit my meat intake, so that's helpful.

My goal is to lose 52 pounds this year - I think 1 lb/week is something I can do! That would take me to my lowest weight in my adult life, so that would be great. I also have a Fitbit, so I'm aiming for 70,000 steps each week. Always looking for new friends, so please feel free to add me! Jessi

Thanks to all of you for the ideas! I eat breakfast around 6:30 am and usually can't get lunch until noon or later, so I try to fit in a snack if possible. I just need to pick something I like and make it a routine.

I wish that was the case, but I'm just working with a meager breakfast buffet :) If I could have a made-to-order breakfast every day, that would be great! I'm also trying to get out the door as soon as possible, which puts another limitation on my morning...
