You must remember that muscle weighs more than fat. You seem to be making progress since your clothes are fitting better just the muscle is replacing the fat.

The first thing is to cut down or out your sugar intake and preservatives. I get very little sleep for the most part myself, however I'm down 128 lbs in the last year and a half.
