nay for me! I think I have tried them all and do not like the taste of any! Give me real "clean food" anyday! cottage cheese, greek yogurt, chicken tuna, eggs, etc, for protein!:happy:

you want to start p90 again, i just did my first workout today and loved it! i have p90x but it is too extreme for me right now, ( i had back surgery 3 years ago) i;m only about 20 pounds overweight and have been working out off and on for years , religiously untils surgery. we could motivate each other thanks

thanks so much! your advice is right on. really helpful. I did go to p.t.. 3 years ago and still do those exercises. i think the recovery was much longer b/c i went way too long before seeking treatment. you know, "it will get better with time" attitude.

im an rn and i would recommend that you see your doc, just to be sure. you could be working out too hard, they can also check your sodium and magnesium levels as well as other tests just to be sure your'e healthy before getting serious with weight losss and execise.

i am now 139 but used to weigh around 118-125 and felt much better in my clothes. i'm 5'5'. i am trying to lose at least 14 pounds. it's not about being too thin but having a buff body in my book. if my 139 was all muscle and definition it would be different. but i have a small frame so weight is much more noticeable on me…

the neon "pee" is just vit b extra that your body didn't need, it's water soluble so what your body doesn't need it excretes. it's okay , just so ya know. sure is funny to see though lol!

it's basically 5 meals a day, no sugar, processed foods, just all natural like fruits, vegs, whole grains. i've been on it for a few months and feel so much better.(clearer skin, more energy, etc) tosca reno has several books out called eat clean diet and workout journals, its plugged by oxygen mag (womens fitness mag)
