I don't like cows milk (just the thought of where it comes from makes me shudder) so almond milk is perfect to put in my porridge. Water makes porridge too gloopy but almond milks seems to make it extra creamy and delicious.

I tried this last night. I'm not a fan at all. I wasn't impressed with the cakes texture (too soft) and flavour (no richness). I think I would rather have a piece of full fat cake and just build it in to my normal calorie allowance.

They sound yummy but what are truvia, eggbeaters and Better'n Peanut Butter. If we have that stuff in the UK they go by different names lol
