I hate low cal cookie recipes that just instruct you to make tiny cookies. These are normal sized :-)
Do NOT skip the chocolate chips, they make the cookie. Enjoy :-)

White sugar, 1/4 cup
Truvia - 18 packets
Eggbeaters, 1/2 cup
Brown sugar, 2 Tbsp packed
Better'n Peanut Butter, 1 cup

Cocoa, unsweetened, 4 tbsp
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Wheat flour - Whole-grain, 1 cup

Nestle - Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1/2 cup

Preheat oven to 350 (325 for convection ovens).

(1) Blend first set of ingredients with a handmixer. (2) Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and slowly stir in the wet. (3) Fold in the chocolate chips.

(4) dough will be VERY sticky! Drop 25g cookies (or a heaping tablespoon) onto parchment lined cookie sheet and shape

(5) Bake for 15 minutes

Makes 36 NORMAL sized cookies!

They sound yummy but what are truvia, eggbeaters and Better'n Peanut Butter.

If we have that stuff in the UK they go by different names lol

haha ok well Truvia is the powdered form of Stevia, a natural calorie free sweetener. You could probably also use splenda, but i don't know if the conversion would be the same (and it isn't as natural)!

This is Better'n peanut butter: http://www.betternpeanutbutter.com/index.php - it's made from dehydrated peanuts and has 85% less fat and 40% fewer calories than regular peanut butter.

Eggbeaters are just egg substitute made with egg whites - mostly egg whites! You can substitute 4-5 egg whites.
