Last Christmas I was hovering around 260! Today I'm hovering around 175!!!! I still can't believe how far I have come, seems like time sped up and all of a sudden I am under 50lbs to goal!!!!

I did the 30 day shred then jumped into Insanity. A lot of the moves I find similar except with much more intensity.
