I had half of a banana cut in slices, with sliced strawberries and a handful of blueberries. To top it off, I had a serving of cool whip! Grand total was 136 Calories and a total of 2mg of sodium!!!

If it happens again try some zinc oxide cream (baby diaper rash cream) on the chaffed area. Put it on before bed and it should be cleared up by the next day.

Have you tried to zig zag your calories a little bit? I find that, that always works for me when I'm stuck. You could also try to switch up your exercise routine a little bit or up the intensity level.

Yep! This is me too! I am still in the process of losing, and I will start incorporating chest exercises soon, but I have pretty much come to the conclusion that implants are needed!

I weigh in daily, only in the mornings. This way I keep myself motivated if the number goes down. If the number goes up, then I try to add in a little extra exercise and watch my caloric intake a little more. It has worked for me thus far, and I am down 70lbs.
