Don't skip a meal. Eat a light meal or at least have something hot. I myself didn't eat breakfast but have discovered that I am not so hungry if I eat something. For me, I usually have a cup of coffee or tea. Have an hard boil egg, some peanut butter or some type of protein. A great thing to do is to make mini crustless…

I weight myself every day. I have a goal and depends on how much I weight, it determines what I eat that day, Not starving by any means just a moderation of how much protein vs starch I consume.

I am really bad at drinking water, maybe 16-64 oz. I am trying for 64-90 oz per day. Any tip on how I can increase my water intake?

I add many of the same things in and my salad is boring. I also use two different dressing together for a different twist. I avoid creamy dressing. Adding fruits is the best!
