i recommend skirts - the longer i am on this journey the more skirts i find myself owning. I do this! eat breakfast around 8:00 am and lunch around 12:30. (and i use real oats or steel cut oats because those packets just don't do it)

This! my daughter is a high school cheerleader and on the dance team and who does more jumping around then them!! i fix hers wet with gel and lots of hair spray when possible--- she has also been known to use several ponytail holders at once in different directions and that seems to help too.

i weigh myself every day - and then check my food log from the days before to see what worked or didn't work (i can always find the lack of fiber or to much salt) but I only really take into consideration tuesday morning weigh in.

I have a teenage daughter and her friends go to McDonald's all the time...... she does to, but she does not eat that crap! she will buy a bottle water and eat at home! this is NO excuse for crap!
