  • Be careful about soy milk as 95% of soy production in the USA has GMOs so buy only organic. I like flax milk, hemp milk and almond milk but they are not really 'milks' per se and do not provide the calcium that cow's milk has.

  • Geez...that is a lot of vitamins !!! I don't take any vitamins except D (but only in winter) as if you eat right you have all the vitamins you may want in your food.
