I'm starting again as of today. I lost about 45lbs a few years ago and have since gained 15-20 back. I just had hip surgery and I'm waiting to get off crutches Friday, so I can REALLY get busy. Feel free to add.

I'm 5'7.5" and about 160, 34/30/36, wearing size 10 jeans. I stay at about 1,500 to lose and my goal is about 140. Cardio 5-6 days/wk and lift 3 days. I don't think my body will let me get to a size 4-6, but I am learning to live with it.

I lift M,W,F and I also run or dance on my days off. Yesterday I ran then did my weights. I don't think it will harm you, as long as you give yourself plenty of time to recover and eat enough to fuel your body. Best of luck.

I've finished days 1 & 2 and I'm excited about it. However, I don't really feel like I'm getting a good workout in. I'll stick to it though and see what results I get.

I also have Hashimoto and another auto immune disease, MCTD. I was told to avoid gluten, dairy, HFCS and refined carbs. It worked wonders for me. I love the find me gluten app! I use it all the time.

I just started juicing again. I do it with my normal diet. If I feel like I won't get enough fruits/veggies from food, I juice them. If you plan to replace your food with juice, I would talk to a Dr. first.

Hey! I', 5'8 and 164. I need to lose another 20-30 lbs and I am running out of motivation.. lets do this together. 8 weeks sounds doable. A lot of determination and hard work and you will be looking great by your vacation :)

I had this problem to the point I didn't go for months.. I ended up in the hospital several times. I found out I'm allergic to wheat. So the only way for me to get fiber is a lot of fruits and veggies. I eat them with every meal. Lots of fruits and veggies and lots of water. If it doesn't work, go see the doctor!
