Burning calves!!!!!!! :(
Ok, so I have rather large calves (muscular) for a woman. When I have been running lately (just started again), I get a burning, cramping feeling in them. I try to stop and stretch them, that just makes it worse. Do any of you get this? Any idea what I can do to help it improve?? Thanks so much!!!
