Go for it! I have seen what you can do on an elliptical. You got this!!!!! I do 5ks all the time (walk/jog). It is so much fun though!! You think you need to be motivated, but once you are there and starting, you get a rush and love it :)

Thank you so much everyone for your encouragement and kind words. My Mom says she can see a difference, but my husband says no. I do cardio (zumba, biking, walking) 4-5 days a week and also incorporate lifting (going to attempt NROLFW again). If anyone has any advice on how to see better results, I am all ears :)

I believe she is just jealous of your achievements. Please continue to rock it and don't let it bother you! My Mom does the same thing sometimes, it just makes me want to kick butt even harder! :bigsmile:

I just got relief from this and Achilles Tendonitis. I went to my podiatrist and he suggested physical therapy and heel lifts for my shoes. I did the PT for a while, but didn't have tome to go anymore. I spend $30 on heel lifts and wear them in my shoes. I have not had pain since I started using them. I have also started…

I too have MCTD. I get flare-ups often and thought I couldn't be active. I have joint pain daily and it has even caused me to have plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis.
