how funny... I just logged on to look up xbox games in exercise. I have a sports one and zumba i like to play. I get a good workout doing it... I would say as long as you active without a break it should count :)

i don't know if this will attract attention. but I love ChikFilA's kids meal with the grilled chicken and fruit. It's high in protein, low in calories :)

DON"T DO IT!!!! You can do this!! You do need to eat more. Try increasing your cals by 100-200 starting off, then gradually increase it more until you rfind what is right for you. You will lose more in the beginning..... a lot of water weight. Maybe increase your calories. Do it slowly though. Start with increasing by 100-200 calories and see how it goes. Just make sure they are healthy fresh choices.. not too much processed foods. also, measure yourself and take pics. They usually help you see your…
