  • It is very important you also add weight training into your mix. Once the weight is gone it is not unrealistic to fill in the excess skin with muscle.
  • Hey Alderic, It is funny you should mention this. I have had exactly the same thing happen to me. I think it just flips people out when you have lost such a substantial amount of weight and it takes people a while to adjust to your new appearance.   • I just made sure my calories sat around a minimum of 1200 for the day. Keeping the diet fairly high protein, low carb. Sometimes I might drink a protein shake with low fat milk straight after training to fuel myself directly after. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
