  • I have been using the Wii Fit for almost a year now, and it is a great investment, as long as you are committed. Keep playing the games, keep doing the strength training and aerobics, and you won't go wrong. Between the Wii-Fit daily and dieting (I hate that word), I have lost 30 lbs since the end of January.
