just be aware if you are truly eating clean some of these crock pot meals listed in this thread are NOT clean! But with a few tweaks they can easily be made clean. Yummy guys! :)

I log everything - because believe it or not on my cheat days (or spike days), I don't go over by much - plus I like to see everything since i'm trying to lose. it's not a guilt thing for me - it's just keeping up my routine.

Magic Bullet. I got mine (with 4 cups, all blades, and the juicer add on) on ebay for less than 40$ brand new never used.
-
With mine, I didn't really set that up on the fitbit site. I use MFP for all of my calculations and just use my fitbit to track calories burned and sleep. i don't log anything on the fitbit site - I just use MFP and use the fitbit as a tool. Best of luck.

THIS! This is what I do. When i KNOW where I am going out to eat (because we do a few times a week) I look on the MFP food database and check out healthy options. I plan what I will order and work it in to my calorie goals before I even sit down. Then I won't look at tempting menu options and i ENJOY my meal. For example,…

I eat what I want in moderation. I also feel like spike days are good (for me) to keep my metabolism on its toes - but on those days I don't even get near 2000 calories (my daily is set at around 1370). The key is to not beat yourself up over it - enjoy it when you have it and then I find that you don't want it for a…

THIS! This is why a lifestyle change is more important than a short term diet. Eating to your calorie goals on MFP is a good start along with adding in your exercise goals. Diets are short term and can only give short term results. I think people need to realize there is no "quick fix" and that you have to eat healthy, eat…

at my gym if someone did something like that they would set off an alarm and kick him out immediately. DISGUSTING. I may be a small girl, but I probably would have kicked him in the balls...errr...lack there of.
-
sorry i can't help much - i'm in love with my fitbit. bumping though.
-
just remember this isn't a quick fix. :) for me, this is a lifestyle change. I'm not just going to get to my goal weight and then stop. I am going to continue being health conscious as long as I am able-bodied. I've just started (under 30 days here) and in my first 20 days i've lost 6 pounds. It takes time. I only weigh…

what an amazing and inspiring transformation story. I just hope you feel you are more than a "trophy wife". (I personally dislike the term ;p)

I do a "spike day" where I intentionally go over my calories once a week. I usually will eat one "bad" meal and the rest basically healthy. I only go over my calories a bit though. It seems to help my metabolism stay on it's toes. Its different for different people though.

refocus, eat better the following days, and add in some extra workout/exercise time. Don't feel guilty! Enjoy the food and enjoy getting tot your goals. Guilt just causes stress which promotes weight gain. Everything in moderation! I do spike days myself once a week - helps keep the metabolism on its toes (for me at least).
-
ditto! lol

it will be healthier for you to remove the stress from your body, and to move on from the relationship. It will be better for your daughter as well. Kids can sense and pick up on stress in their parents. Your kid knows your are separated, right? the longer you and your ex "stay together" playing house then your kid will…

I don't feel like I need to give up anything. Everything in moderation. I cut back on breads, pastas, sweets, etc. but nothing is off limits! If I want icecream, I either go get frozen yogurt or something like skinny cow or weight watchers brand. If I want pasta, I find a low fat version, eat less of it and add more salad.…
