Have already stopped. I already fit into my 'skinny' jeans from my last level of skinny. Without the message boards and community support I would have never joined the gym and actually gone. Now I know I will take it to the next level. I will work toward my goal of hitting a homerun this spring and get a hot body at the same time. I love everything about this site and what I am doing for myself.

good luck on the homerun & hot body!0 -
Definitely addicted to this.. It is the first thing I do when I wake up in the morning... I love the inspiration from others!0
-
have given up a long time ago. The support from friends on here keeps me logging in and accountable.0

I'd have more free time. But it would be more time spent being a couch potato!0

be 30 lbs heavier.:noway:0

be stuck with facebook for my social interaction *monty phython 'yay!" and would be a lot less distracted at work.0
-

That's great, you are doing so well.
I would have given up by now also.

would not and did not happen without this tool.0 -
be very overweight0

'nt have been able to fit into my new jeans, and have an irritating NSV that they are already loose after a week of having them0

Never have lost the weight. Never have learned about counting calories and nutrition. Never have met so many absolutely amazing people. Never have learned about strength training and running. Never have signed up for my first 5K Warrior Dash in two months...
So yeah, thanks.0 -
cheat. For a while I kept a private spreadsheet but it was so easy to "go over" and not worry about it as much because I wasn't having to put it out there and be accountable for it.0

never would have found the UMPH to start something and finish it. Never would have shaved these unwanted inches off my body, NEVER would have overcome my vanilla creme sandwich cookie addiction. NEVER! Did I mention the cookies?0
-
get more *kitten* done everyday.
oh yeah, and weigh 30 more lbs than i do now.0 -
...pretend that if I didn't record it I didn't eat it. Also I would have started keeping a paper & pen diary with the best of intentions but lost track of it within a few days. with MFP on my phone it's always there for logging and helping me keep myself honest!0

have been guessing on everything--stressed, confused, and unable to lose the weight0
-
not be where i am now ... and never get to where i'm going.0

I wouldn't workout as hard or as often. I'm challenged every day by how hard I see my MFP friends workout and it pushes me to do the same. This site is awesome!0
-
Without MFP I would...
still be eating 600- 1200 calories a day...
& still be chunky..
& not be lifting weights...
WHAT A DARK WORLD it would be haha0 -
would probably either eat way under or way over my caloric goals by guessing. So far in less than 2 weeks this tool has allowed me to lose 4lbs and counting!0
-
I wouldn't have lost 26 pounds since first of January. I planned on losing weight and I probably would have by now, but not as much as I have in this period. I love this site and the support I get from this site. It has given me so many great ideas on squeezing exercise into everyday activities and eating healthier.0

have gotten more work done, lol. I KID!! I would not have found such amazing, supportive friends and like-minded people, some of whom became real life friends. :bigsmile:0
-
down 46 lbs and ran my first 5K. I may have over 100 lbs more to go, but with MFP I know I will get there.0
-
Lost weight using Weight Watchers or Slimming World instead. I'd also be poorer for it.0
-
....have missed out on meeting some of the most wonderful people I have never met....and a couple I have.0
-
get some damn work done.........0

Without MFP you get angry, when you get angry you go blow off steam, when you go blow off steam accidents happen, when accidents happen you get an eyepatch, when you get an eyepatch people think you are tough, when people think you are tough people want to see how tough, when people want to see how tough you end up in a road side ditch, don't end up in a road side ditch, don't go without MFP.0
