I used to do it on the FIT Channel on my directv and I loved it. I ended up losing like 10 pounds and quite a few inches! I would love to have a dvd since we have ATT now and I don't have that channel. It's so much fun! Have fun with it! And remember laughing at yourself helps you lose more calories! :bigsmile:

If your clothes are fitting better I'll bet you lost a good amount of inches. It's always a good idea to take measurements as well, there's been times I've lost no weight or gown up but still lost a few inches.

There's some great veg that work really well in the "sneak attack" IE- my mom would make chili and grate in carrots and zucchini.. they cook so long they pretty much dissolve into it I do the same for my family now.. a grater is a wondrous kitchen gadget.

I believe the major difference between Primal and Paleo is the dairy. Primal allows natural dairies while Paleo does not. If there are more differences please feel free, it's hard remembering the slight differences!!

Depending on what I'm cooking, butter- that's right butter. Unsalted sweet cream butter. Olive oil. Coconut oil. I use Extra Virgin Olive Oil (First cold pressed) for dressings.
