I actually haven't cried for loss, but I have DEF cried over not being able to finish... I'm 10-15lbs away from my GW and have been struggling for over a year to get there. Congrats on the weight loss! It DEFINITELY is a long road!

I agree with the protein shakes and nuts. I like Designer Whey French Vanilla shakes...100 calories and 18g of protein. And I was told that the best nuts are almonds and walnuts--just more bang for your buck (better oils/healthy fats and what-not for the calories) vs. peanuts or cashews.
