I hear you !!! The days am constipated, my sc ale shows a gain of 3/4lbs!!!! And when am 'done' all those pounds are vanished and much lighter too..so it does play a part :(. I drink 10 glasses of water, eat fruits( mostly pears ) and things have improved. Try driking more water,fibre, fruits like pears, green tea etc...

I don't know whether it helps you REALLY to burn fat but, it sure does boost my energy and another thing it does is....strange but clears my constipation.. :) Try it for a week and see whether u feel any diff...

Try grapefruits, berries, watermelon, cherries,peach, apricots. Actually it all depends on how your body reacts to it. Each person's sugar levels can vary with defferent types of fruits..Some dont take orange juice 'cos there sugar levels shoot the roof! so try diff fruits and see ur levels.GL with ur weightloss…

me too...I had set it to lightly active but I was not happy with the results, although I was given the same 1200 calories when I downed to sedentary ! Anyhow, now I have it Sedentary and log my workouts separately and eat most of the calories burned "sometimes" .. PS: nice profile pic! I'm like that with my kids :P

i usually weigh myself once a week, but lately have been weighing once in 2/3 days (which is bad) but just to record the fluctuations....and...in my case I have to weigh 'cos I have to make sure that my BMI goes below 30 before Oct 2013 :)

i do every morning, input the food with weights and measure it accurately so I know what is remaining and how much I should burn...
