1st June 2012 - 0lbs 8th June 2012 - 0lbs 15th June 2012 22th June 2012 29th June 2012 Maintained this week which is a surprise, I expected a gain with the bank holiday celebrations head down and big push this week. Goal is still in sight.

I have a back injury which has been a big motivated to lose weight and swimmung help me get back on my feet - you are a true inspiration x

Im trying to lose weight to qualify for IVF some people don't have the choice.

I watch this programme and it annoyed me - I wasn't gay until I had a stroke like it's some sort of brain damage or a disabilaty. Some people are gay........get over it. X

went to the gym today so dont feel to bad about yesterday. :happy:

Had a mad one at Sheffield pride today but going to the gym tomorrow to burn the alcohol cals away :-)
