  • I agree with the positivity... but it took me a while to feel it... this was the hardest weight loss attempt I made. I realized, however, that if I exercise, it's not as bad. I'm lifting weights for only 10 minutes, mostly stomach exercises and I can feel my waist contracting already. So, I'm a happy wet cat now.....

  • good for you, lovesauburn... I say that this is my First Diet because it's torture for me, at 52. I did a gluten free diet one year and lost 30 pounds, but ate bread one day, and in no time I was fat again.... I need to get back to squash, but I can't muster up the energy. Your spirit is infectious, hopefully. :) Congrats!
  • That makes me feel better. Thanks for answering my plea for help. I am a C+ player, but when I play someone who is better than me, I can rally good enough. But honestly, I feel too weak!! But I'm also getting a cold, too. But it's great to know there's somebody out there who knows what I'm doing and we can cheer each other…
