  • I agree with the positivity... but it took me a while to feel it... this was the hardest weight loss attempt I made. I realized, however, that if I exercise, it's not as bad. I'm lifting weights for only 10 minutes, mostly stomach exercises and I can feel my waist contracting already. So, I'm a happy wet cat now.....

Sorry I haven't posted much since joining, it can be difficult to get a group really clicking, and sometimes they do for no real reason and become the best!

I've been a little disappointed because I'm really not seeing any results, have been very focused this week, have exercised 3 times already and will get in another good walk tonight, eating well and within my calories, my body just doesn't want to give in yet to lose some of these pounds. I know it can take a while for the body to react, so I"m not terribly upset just wish I would see some movement.

Jenn I agree it's frustrating....but typically for ME, I can find something I did wrong - burned too many calories and was too low, not enough water, need to differ in exercises, cheated, typically I find something....so I just keep on keeping on!!!

Speaking of water - I am WAY short today....going to chug.....

I will post of often as I can

I am getting a pamper me weekend since hubby is at a bike raley with his uncle, so I am going to refocus this weekend and come up with a game plan. I am trying to find snacks I can take in the truck with me and I am going to take my jump rope so I can get some kind of cardio while we are on the road. I am refocusing and NOT giving up on myself and all the hard work
