Thats soo much wieght to loose! My trainer said anything over 2 lbs a week is not weight that will actually stay off. Be careful! Good luck in your goals

hey! im brand new too! i eat below my calorie intake, no snacks and all organic raw food, and i am jumping 5lbs up and down every week. i hate excercising cause i think my 2 yr old provides enough of that. lol
