I lost a couple pounds in my first couple weeks but even with working out 5 days a week i am having a hard time losing weight. I think my real down fall is sweets i always have a couple pieces of dark chocolate but i am still within my calorie intake . I would really appreciate some friends and tips!

hey! im brand new too! i eat below my calorie intake, no snacks and all organic raw food, and i am jumping 5lbs up and down every week. i hate excercising cause i think my 2 yr old provides enough of that. lol0
