Hmm,...Nope! I dated a doctor recently, and I had regrets about how things ended. He came back, but I was suspicious. He eventually confirmed what I already knew..tried to pressure me into having sex. I am good...Bye! The other ones..nope! Good riddance. When the right one comes a long I will know. The doctor taught me so…

1. Slow but steady- I've been steady losing over the past 2 years after gaining 60 lbs. I have lost about 53 of those pounds, but I've not deprived myself or beaten myself up for missing a workout or going out to dinner. I see this as a lifestyle change and not a race to the finish line. 2. Taking breaks from dieting and…

You can get great results from any workout program. I actually lost more weight doing in Ripped in 30 than Insanity. Is Insanity harder..heck yeah, but the program is designed to be extreme. Any workout can be effective if you do it correctly.
-
Yes it is odd! When one of my Insanity workouts started to skip, they sent me a new one no questions asked. They didn't even require that I send them the defective one.

It was a charity event for an organization. I did bid on him for 60 dollars..lol. I went out with him yesterday, and he was definitely a nice guy. He seems very into me more than I am into him though sadly.. No major deal breakers, but I don't know if I want to continue to see him afterwards. I think our needs in a…

You are smoking girl! I like how you are owned those outfits! lol.. Congrats!

Month 2 is def a killer. I am doing a P90x/Insanity hybrid, but when I was doing the regular 60 days it was the worst ...lol. I was sore all the time. The results def come more in month 2. I think I lost approximately 2-3 lbs in month 1. Its very hard to measure because of the water weight gain you will experience makes it…

5'9 and 25 years old. Current weight approx 190. Goal is 175-180.

I usually take a salad with grilled chicken, cottage cheese with peanut butter, and some fruit. Same thing for past 6-8 months..Sigh..lol
-
I would just continue on where you stopped at. Same thing happened to me with P90x when I came down with the flu at the beginning of week 2 of the program. Just keep going IMO!
-
Wow...you have been killing it! Great job!
-
Jillian Michaels-No More Trouble Zones, Ripped in 30, and the Biggest Loser DVDs. Bob Harper may have some good ones too!
-
How have your results been with the hybrid? I'm doing the same hybrid, but I'm only on week 3 !
-
Patriots vs. Falcons or GB. However, watch Seattle spoil my pick..lol

I gave a guy a second chance after a lousy first date. Worst mistake I made. Everything in my head was saying " he is bad news." However, I thought it was me who exaggerated. It was him...He showed his true colors AGAIN eventually. Use your head and not your heart. Intuition is the strongest tool you have!

Well I dated a 32 year old , and I believe he was trying to use me for casual sex when I want a relationship. Go figure!
-
Hmm...I had a first date extended to a guys house..We went to a coffee house first then he invited me to his place. I can't believe I agreed to it. Once I went it seems as if it took a lot of effort for us to interact outside of his house. He was too much in control of the dates in that situation. Lazy dating is correct.…

I started my P90x/Insanity hybrid today...

I've personally have done Insanity, and I firmly believe its a more effective cardio program for the weight loss you are trying to achieve. However, you may have to do it twice to get the desired weight loss you want.

Honestly, if Beyonce or Megan Fox weren't famous, would anyone consider them "top tier." Its subjective about the person's worth and value in your life,IMO!
-
Yeah, I guess its totally subjective. Top tier to me is educated, financially stable, ambitious, at least a 6/10 "scale", and mentally sane.
-
Wow...I love you! This hit home so much! I wish I could be as open towards men as you. I am naturally introverted and shy, so I am always hesitant to get what I want including men. People are always surprised that I am not married yet, but its been a learning process in the dating world. I recently dated someone briefly…
-
Can we please define " top-tier?"
-
Personally in my experience, I've seen that the more a woman can bring to the table, the less options she has. Men don't want to work hard for the women who are successful or are educated. If they find an option that is easier to obtain or the standards are lower, they will go there. To draw back to the original poster,…

In my experience, the guys who expect to be chased are usually pretty handsome or have an above average amount of wealth, and is under the age of 40. I dated someone who was emotionally unavailable. As a result. as soon as I returned the interest and apparently started chasing me, he turned cold on me. Well to some men…

I would just do the Plyometric workout...I've never done Fast and Furious, but I heard it wasn't the same as a typical Insanity workout.
-
Guy #1 sounds like a doctor I was dating. You are wasting your time with him. Move on! These types are forever single.... Guy #2 is a maybe, but the age apparently bothers you. I say find another one your age that is willing to commit.
-
He called me yesterday, but I didn't pick up the phone.. Its sometimes hard for me to ignore people, but I think I need to start learning to save myself the emotional rollercoaster!
-
I haven't talked to this guy in weeks. I was asking because they always come back in my experience. I personally should have gotten rid of him after the first date. I'm was looking for affirmation of my decision. He has lied too much to me, and I'm not sure if we can be friends or not if/when he comes back.

I was dating a medical resident since September. We had a terrible first date, but I gave him a second chance which was my first mistake. October we hung out a little and dated some more. I actually started to get excited about maybe this was actually a decent guy. Halloween weekend we went out to a bar, and had a drink…
