Hmm..Looks only go so far IMO. It may get you a second look, but if your personality stinks, then forgot about it. The men I'm usually interested in are usually humble but attractive. However, if they are lazy or have no goals/ambition, forget about it! Looks fade, but whats in the inside sustains a relationship, IMO!

I just switched to egg whites only substitute. I was eating sometimes 4 eggs a day, and long term it may affect my cholesterol and arteries. Its a personal choice. The regular eggs obviously taste better, but I think the fat content and cholesterol in regular eggs has more pitfalls.

Maybe you should increase your exercise intensity like run instead of walk..It seems like its an exercise thing.

I started with Ripped in 30 first, however, I consider myself an advanced exerciser. I think you can do her workouts in whatever order you want. She has modifications in all her videos, so go for it. I say go ahead and do Body Revolution. What makes you weak will make you stronger.

I am a huge sports fan here. Love my Yankees and New England Patriots. I can watch a basketball game, tennis, and some hockey at times. Not into video games though other than Super Mario..lol

Ripped in 30-DONE!!! I was so happy to be done I did the cool down for the first time today..lol..It was very much worth it though! I am going to be starting Insanity for two months, but I will check in to see how everyone is doing. I will be doing NMTZ and 6week6pack starting in July.

Honestly, I actually like my diet right now. It gets boring, but if I do something different it will probably be to add more variety and new recipes. I don't want to go back to eating reckless, and it is so easy to lose the weight and go back to old habits that made you gain it.
