Great job!! You look fantastic!! Quick question in level 12 those wheel pushups when you have your hands by your head, were you able to do them? I did level 12 for the first time today and could not figure it out. Thanks!! Congrats!

Hi I did workout 11 and it was tough. I just had to modify some of the push ups. I still felt workout 7 and 9 were much harder. Looking forward to 12 tomorrow!

I am on Phase3 (the last month) and it is great !! The first couple of weeks are like the shred. Phase 2 is tough and Phase 3 is impossible,but fantastic!! I am so toned! You can do it!! The workouts are all about 30-34 minutes. Cardio in phase 1 is only 20 minutes.

I am on day 8 today and feel great!! I love that it is only 20 minutes because before you know it you are on the last workout.Have a good day!

Oh Tangie...loved your post I had way toooo much beer last night and no pizza!! I got my butt out of bed and did workout 9 with my headache! You made me laugh good to know I am not the only one!! I really don't go out that much anymore since I am an old married lady with kids!! Have a great day!!

I started phase 3 last week and Workout 9 is pretty tough, workout 10 is my favorite of all so far and the cardio is intense. I felt 9 was worse than 7,but the second time I did it ..mush easier. You will do great!! I think those odd number workouts are the tough ones!

I did did Cardio 3 today and it was much better! Hope you are doing well. I just have to get on track with my eating. I wasnt sure if I should admit this, but I also started the 30 day shred ( today will be day 4) Just want to look good for my vacation. The 30 day shred is so easy for me! I feel like I am nutsand obsessed…

I agree, we are doing fantastic!!!!! I hope you reach onederland this week. My eating was off last week since I was not working and I was not on my normal schedule. I hope to get back on track!! I am leaving for Mexico in 31 days so I am going to be putting a little more effort!

I did workout 10 this morning and decided it is my favorite workout!!! I loved it and actually can't believe I am saying that!!! Like I said yesterday 9 just confused me...have a great week! I am looking forward to Cardio 3 tomorrow and I am sure I will regret saying that.

Just finished workout 9 and I had to keep rewinding because I was confused at the moves. It was really tough. I am thinking I will do it again with my husband today just so I can get a grasp on it. Have a great day!!

Hi, I lost my mother also it has been four years, but seems like yesterday. I hate the anniversary of her death, but everyday is hard because I think about her a million times a day!! This must be such a hard time for you!! Thinking about you and hope you are ok!

Hi. I just did workout 7 and had to modify a lot of it. It kicked my butt!!!!!! I usually run everyday,but I think I will lay off of it till I feel more confident..it whipped my ***. Are you getting low back pain, I noticed my lower area is killing me!!! I did it!

Yes...it happens! I usually gain only 1 or 2 lbs and when this happens I get super frustrated. It is a life style change and you can do it!!
