When I went for a mammogram last week, they gave me the regular sized gown....NOT the one for bigger women! I didn't even ask for it, she just gave it to me :)

I loved reading this.........isn't it amazing how much priorities change when we start actually CARING about ourselves and being able to look at food as just fuel instead of some sort of distorted reward? LOVE IT!

I'd take a look at what you're eating....for example, are you getting enough protein? veggies? Make sure you're getting good "bang for your buck" on the calories you're eating.

Just a heads up as you are looking at different devices....I went with the Garmin Vivofit because it was waterproof and had the HRM (it is a strap that you wear). I don't think it's selfish, but why would you go into debt for it??? Work extra, get a second (or third) job, save up for it, THEN have the surgery.
