  • Well fortunately I have a treadmill that counts the calories for me. But to get it more accurate on MFP i did just as you said, counted minutes walking and minutes jogging and input them separately. The count on MFP comes out really close to what the treadmill says. I figure you always have to give or take a few anyway.

  • I've done all 3. Zumba is definitely not as challenging as p90 or Insanity. If you're looking for the same type of challenge with a different spin on it, try Turbo Jam or Turbo Fire.
  • I love to listen to the whole Black Eyed Peas album "The End" when I go walking. The tempos are steady and I just like their music.

  • I think you're my hero :) I did almost 30 days of P90X last year then I had my tonsils removed. I couldn't work out like I did prior to the surgery because I couldn't drink water without it spewing out of my nose... lol! Your photos make me want to do it again.
