on a monday i come in from work at 7.10am get the kids up for school 7.30 still trying to get the out of bed go and get their breakfast ready, go and call them again, make their packed lunch and be sitting waiting on the bus a 8.18 bus comes about 8.27 then i come in and grab a cup of tea the go and do 30 minutes cardio…
