OMG - I wasn't going to comment, I tried . . . But I kept reading. Isn't there a problem with people who "get off" with their children? I understand nursing an infant but - 'That Kid Ain't No Infant'? Or perhaps the biological changes during nursing don't happen when you do it for publicly, or maybe enjoy the contractions?…

Mac & Cheese, homemade of course (had no boxed stuff :), with the top cheese burned! I mean BURNED but the inside was OK, chewy & creamy. . .. Just wonderful!

I'm trying to find nutrition info about infrared fried turkey. Any one seen any? I do them all the time and don't know how to enter 'em!

I've been looking for a fried turkey nutrition too. But I don't use oil.. I use a Charbroil Big Easy. http://www.charbroil.com/smokers-fryers/outdoor-fryers/the-big-easy.html Any ideas? Seems like it has to be healthy, the fat melts off . . ..

Wow - thanks, seemed conter-productive to me to eat what I lost (a lot like eating from the toilet :) but now I understand better how it works. Really appreciate the explanation. Big leap of faith, but digesting (no pun intended) the info I think I can see the reasoning. Thanks again!

A treadmill is my main mode of exercise anymore. I have to walk on a treadmill or I 'meander' when street or trail walking. In the past I have lost 20-25 lbs using my treadmill and a Wii; and eventually I'll re-incorporate the Wii into my routine. Not all Wii exercise is seen by my Fitbit so I'm hesitant. I do not run on…

Aw . . . with "kfc" in your handle I would suggest nothing! I have some left over a lot. It seems if it happens too much the program/system will tell you you have got to eat above xxx I guess it changes, for me it is 1000 calories. Just accept the left over, ''ess you need a beer or wine :) or any of MY weaknesses.…

I have had one about a month. I love it. It seems quite fair to me, it is always within 2-3 calories of my treadmill values. The sleep function is really interesting. It shows you how many times you were up during the night and real sleep times as opposed to bed times. I find I walk a little more just to satisfy the 'bug'.…
