I agree with others that a visit to a GI specialist is probably in order. I had the same problem (sounds like dumping syndrome) for a few years and a specialist eventually told me a prior gallbladder removal was to blame. I like the pure protein brand, frosty chocolate or vanilla. I put it in my morning coffee after it cools a bit, makes a mocha. You have to be careful to make sure the coffee is warm and not hot otherwise you get scrambled protein. :-P

I agree, strength training is the best thing you can do when you have a bit to lose. It helps firm you up so that you are encouraged and it also keeps you from losing too much muscle instead of the pesky fat!
