When you eat under 1200, your body burns your muscles and not your fat. So yes, you WILL lose weight, but it won't be the weight you want. One thing I do know: If you eat under 1200 and lose, it's most likely muscle weight. And we don't want the muscles to go away, right? :) That's why it's so important to eat over! I can't help you with the other stuff. I hope you can find a solution x

Right now I'm having a bowl of Kellogg's coco pops, some fruit and a yoghurt drink each morning. A little less than 250 calories. I know those coco pops aren't the healthiest things around, but they're so yummy and I need some yummy food! haha :)

Iced Coffees!! The ones I have to make in the restaurant I work at are soooo bad and you see all these girls coming there with a big but healthy salad and an ice coffee. I always want to warn them so badly :')

vegetables with dip! I made it for a party last week and it was a hit! Make slices of vegetables like cucumber, carrots and peppers. Add a dip. I made a cucumber-yoghurt dressing (just 1/2 a cucumber and around 150 ml greek yoghurt) and that's it!

Thanks for all your answers! 'Playing with the numbers' sounds so easy but I have nonidea how to do that. I'm probably going to up my net to 1200, which I think is pretty scary!!

I saw this in an interview: 'A piece of fruit never made anyone fat. It's not too sugary. So stop with the fruit has sugar kind of kick. Fruit is amazing for you.'

I ALWAYS eat breakfast! Mostly just a sandwich and a morning drink, which means my breakfast is around 180 calories. I DO notice that when I eat more, my hunger stays away more. The entire day! :)

It's indeed hard to eat around 1200 kcal a day! It's soooo easy to eat 1500-2000. You can do it though! :)

I think you have to REALLY want to change yourself. I you want that, I think it'll be easier to track your food. We set ourselves goals and really want to lose weight and this diary is only helping us with this. For me it's not hard at all to track my food, it's more like a habit :)
