  • I've started chewing gum a lot more. Most days the sweet flavor of the gum is enough to kill a craving, not all days unfortunately. So on those days, I have just a few bites of something sweet instead of a huge plate or bowl of it.

  • This is great advice! I went for 2 years after baby #2 was born feeling like crap! I kept telling my doctor that something is worng with me and he kept saying, well being a new mom is hard. Yeah. He appologized profusely when he realized it was my thyroid all along.
  • I set mine as sedentary for days when we read books and fold laundry. BUT on heavy cleaning days, park days, gardening day etc., I log that in as excercise. So I'm sure it evens out.
  • I have a question for everyone. My pharmacy recently changed the brand my thyroid medicine is. I noticed within a week that my hair is falling out and I'm tired again. Is it possible that the brand matters? I'm on the exact same dosage.

  • I LOVE turbo jam! It is really fun and it makes you want to go back and do it again. The cardio party workout is great it gives you an awesome cardio workout. The turbo sculpt will make you majorly sore in the thighs and buns. I'm sure you can't go wrong with either one. Good Luck :)
  • I really like Allyson as an instructor so I might have to try some of the ones you listed. Thanks :) I've done Kelcy's tight buns and killer legs and didn't find it to be challenging at all. Her queing style was good though.
  • I'm 5'8.5" have a medium frame and my goal is 155 which is a size 6 for me. Right now however I'm at 172 and after baby #5 I'd be thrilled with 165.
  • I've had 2 c-sections and 5 babies. You can definitely get rid of it without surgery. The catch, it takes WORK. You have to pu the effort in. Perhaps you friend is the kind that looks for the quick fix? If you want great long lasting results without surgery, eat right excercise and loose the weight.
