I just tried a Tofu scramble, so yummy. I sauteed a bell pepper and red onion. Added crushed garlic, crumbled tofu and some spices. I used cumin, smoky paprika and tumeric. Served it over a bed of spinach.

I have had my Blendtec for over a year and love it! Less expensive then vitamix. I make smoothies. Soups, sauces, and batters.

I love them all Sriracha, Franks, Tobasco Red and green. Also great are hot mustards and wasabi.

My suggestion is to start your day right with oatmeal and fruit for breakfast. In-expensive, healthy and will keep you full till lunch.
