19 also. I lost 20 pounds in 4 months. I wasn't really focusing on losing weight but it just kinda happend. I'm actually trying to gain a little weight now by adding muscle but i'm sure we could help each other out. Feel free to add me

I'm 19 and i started hitting the gym 4 months ago. I've gone from 180 to 160 and now im trying to get up to 175 by gaining muscle. Could definitely use some friends
