i am so motivated to lose weight i need some friends my age ,19, to follow me through this long journey. i would also like to meet new friends and follow them through their journey.

    I am always looking for more people to socialize and work together with.... I love being a motivator and a leader. I have lost some weight and have a lot more to go.... but overall my goal is to adopt healthy habits into my life :D

    19 also. I lost 20 pounds in 4 months. I wasn't really focusing on losing weight but it just kinda happend.
    I'm actually trying to gain a little weight now by adding muscle but i'm sure we could help each other out.
