I got implants about 2 months ago. I started out as a small 34B and went with 425cc silicone under the muscle and now measure 34DD (sounds WAY bigger than they actually appear). Definitely do your research and find a reputable surgeon. I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have.

You could also try a mixed grip (one hand over/one hand under) with deadlifts. This helped me alot.

From reading through the StrongLifts guide I gathered the Smith Machine puts your body in unnatural positions. This opens up more possibilty to injuries.

I made these earlier this week. Instead of peanut flour I substituted natural peanut butter. They were amazing and right around 90 calories.
