I can tell you that it's all psychological as I've been through the same thing. The key is to use MFP and track your calories and allow yourself NO cheating, that is how you get to 8%

Hahaha Thanks! I am actually cutting a little bit more (gained some fat since this picture). I estimate the picture at 10-12%, and my goal is 8% for the summer I will bulk with MFP afterwards!
