Log sculpt as circuit training and sweat as maybe general aerobics.

I do not get up at 5 but I have started getting up at 6 to work out. My alarm clock is across the room and my sneakers are at the bottom of the steps. Have to put on shoes to work out, so I have to get up and get them in order to do it. By that time, I am up and ready to move.

Ok because my plan was to do Power 90 and then P90x...... I definitely need to build up my strength and endurance before moving to P90x I believe.

Is Turbo Fire hard on the knees? I have seen so excellent results from people combining TF and CLX.... I don't know which one to start with first.

I have a treadmill at home in my basement. Also, I have been thinking about taking a spin class.

Right now I walk a few miles during my lunch break, just started the 30 day Shred, Just Dance on Wii, play Tennis some days when the weather is nice, was doing Insanity until my knee started giving me problems, walk on the treadmill, and a few cardio workouts I find online.

Hello! Feel free to add me...... I know it can be hard to do it in college because of various things. But if you do eat in the cafe, make wiser decisions of what you eat. All feel free to add me....... If you stay within your goal, you will definitely see results. I noticed that writing down your food and counting calories really makes a difference in what you eat. If you stick to it, you will definitely see the results you want.... Sticking to it is the main thing.
