I make it a point to get up from my desk once and hour and walk around the building twice. If people can take smoke breaks, I can take a walk break. I usually get half of my goal steps in before the work day is over.

I got back on track logging on Saturday and haven't binged since then. So I will start counting from then (this time, agian :))

Pain has gotten bad enough for me to take some more action. On a five day course of Prednisone for the inflamation and Ultram for the pain. Physical therapy three times a week for the next two weeks. If the pain is relieved by then, on to image guided injections, which I have heard a lot of good things about.

Thanks everyone. Some great tips! Keep them coming! I really want to be present in my body. If that makes any sense. I put food in me that does nurish me cause I justify it in my mind, same with skipping work outs. Is there a way to put my bodys needs in charge of my thinking?

Chiropractic and message therapy is working for me. This is the 2nd week of my third round of treatment and, slowly but surely, the pain is getting less and less.

Sunday was my last binge. I may be over my calorie goal this weekend, since we have family in town and we will be eating out a lot, but I'm really going to try not to binge. Going to keep that idea of moderate portion sizes and not "giving up" when I'm over my calorie goal!

I am at my parents for the weekend for my mom's birthday. I am not going to stay under my calorie goal, but I am vowing not to binge. I will try to stay within my BMR.

I have done well in the past with making a cup of coffee or tea after dinner (when I'm most likely to binge.) Its worked well for me in the past to help "complete my eating." I am going to try to get in the habit agian.

I'm so glad this group is here. I've binged the last three nights in a row. I keep telling myself, just eat what you want now, and tomorrow you can start over. And then I eat myself sick. Last night it was peanut butter on crackers and oatmeal cookies. I do eat "bad" foods as part of my daily calorie goal so as not to deny…

What goals do you have for April? I want to be 178 by April 30th. Right now I am at 183.5. Started out with a weekend out of town when I couldn't even log in. So I'm gonna have to get tough on tracking! :)

Had a really bad day yesterday. Sat down in front of the tv with a box of vanilla wafers and blew my calories by 500. Any advice on how to best move on from this disaster and not let it happen agian?
