  • Yes, it is very possible.... depending on your starting weight. I lost my first hundred pounds in a little over 6 months. Of course, I started at about 400 pounds.

  • Hooray for you! I see so many similarities and can honestly say I know exactly that amazing feeling you are going through. It does require a lifestyle change to lose the weight and keep it off. And oh what a wonderful change it makes to your life!

  • Walking would be my first choice....including some stairs. Resistance bands are easy to transport. You might also ask if the hospital has a gym you can use. Or physical therapy room. If you are going to be there for any length of time they may give you a pass.
